Chronograph 1 Utility – Limited Edition for Hodinkee

Porsche Design presents: Chronograph 1 Utility – Limited Edition for Hodinkee

Purpose-built for maximum utility, the iconic central minute chronograph returns.

With the Chronograph 1 Utility – Limited Edition for Hodinkee, Porsche Design and Hodinkee continue their collaborative trilogy, exploring one of the most compelling chapters in watchmaking history: the functional DNA of the legendary military chronograph. At its core is the iconic architecture of the Lemania 5100 and the return of one of its defining features: the central chronograph minute.  Together, Porsche Design and Hodinkee bring this concept back to life, reinterpreting it for a new generation of enthusiasts through the entirely new Porsche Design Caliber WERK 01.340. Not as a tribute to military heritage, but as the logical evolution of an idea whose relevance remains undiminished to this day. The result is a modern utility watch born from the heritage of a purpose-built instrument: uncompromisingly functional and unmistakably Porsche Design. A timepiece whose function determines its form. Then as now. Limited to 350 pieces worldwide, the Chronograph 1 Utility* writes the next chapter in a story that began decades ago and is more relevant today than ever.
